Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Deposits are STRICTLY NON REFUNDABLE. If you must cancel your appointment for absolutely any reason at all, you do not need to explain why - please cancel within 48 hours of your appointment date/time. By booking your appointment online/in person you agree to the 50% late cancellation charge or 100% no show charge. You will not be able to rebook until the outstanding appointment amount has been paid for.
