Cancellation Policy
Please note if you must cancel your appointment for absolutely any reason at all, you do not need to explain why - please cancel within 48 hours of your appointment date/time.
The booking fee paid for your appointment is non-refundable, but you can reschedule and keep the booking fee against your next appointment, must be rescheduled within 1 month.
72 Hour Policy
Lashes By Demi offers a 72 hour guarantee. If you experience unusual fall out within the first 3 days (72 hours) of having your lashes done then please contact me and I will fix them free of charge as it must be something to do with the application or glue bonding as most glues take at least 48 hours to cure.
If you do not contact me within 3 days (72 hours) then it will no longer be my responsibility and you will be required to book a touch up at a small fee, this will be included in my price list or infills at full price.
Further fall out after 72 hours is due to client lifestyle or aftercare which I will not be responsible for.
